Comedians

These Midlifers have extensive corporate, private function and major comedy club experience as well as a wealth of material that will surely have everyone in attendance rolling with laughter!

Kevin Alderman

At the age of 18 and right after high school with only $100.00 to his name, Kevin left the small town of Lexington Park, MD and moved to Miami, FL to chase his dream of being an actor, writer and comedian.

Well, sometimes things don’t turn out the way we might think. Responsibilities of life took over and Kevin found himself in North Carolina running a small window cleaning business to support himself and his family.

Kevin never let the dream die. He worked very hard and built a successful business over the years and at the age of 40 he decided it was time to chase his childhood dream again.

From window cleaner to joke slinger.

Now Kevin has been chasing those dreams and loving every minute of it. He’s performed stand up comedy all over the country alongside some of the biggest names in the business. He can also be seen in several movies and TV shows.

“I didn’t want to be 85 years old looking back at my life thinking, I wish I would’ve”.

Armed with the unique life experiences of a middle aged man with a new lease on life, Kevin brings his outlook – from relationships to religion to the stage with his everyman style.

Keep an eye on Kevin. He’s quickly becoming one of the older freshest faces of comedy.

John McClellan

John McClellan is a unique and relentlessly funny voice in the world of stand up comedy. A 20 year veteran of the comedy club circuit, concert venues and fundraiser events, where his signature material has made him one of the most requested acts at every venue, he may be most recognizable from his appearance of Bravo TV’s “Millionaire Matchmaker”.

Possessing a rare ability to bring laughs to situations with insight and energy using what the Long Island Entertainment News calls “A razor sharp sense of sarcasm coupled with a working stiff sensibility… John McClellan is what real stand up is all about.” His long list of credits include opening for Syprogyra and Tim Allen, Sirius/XM radio as well as being a finalist in the San Francisco Comedy Competition and Winning the Seattle Comedy Competition.

John brings a raucous spirt to the Midlifers Standup Tour as the man who resides in that smoky area between brazen youth and lessons learned. He is the show’s voice of middle age irreverence by offering a series of personal stories along with some of his popular comedy routine.
